Indoor Trainer Sessions in Crofton(Jan.3-Mar.10)- 1 time/wk

Coach Mike Matney will design, lead, and instruct indoor trainer sessions at Bike Doctor Crofton. Sessions will include pedal stroke instruction and drills, tension tempo and tension interval sets, and hard aerobic segments. One session per week.
